Smiths Interconnect’s Protection Technology Group announces the appointment of Marc Harrison to the role of Vice President of Finance and member of the executive leadership team based in Hayden, Idaho. Harrison has been with Smiths Group businesses since 1986, and will transition from his current role in the Florida RF Labs – EMC Technology business effective August 1, 2011.

Harrison has earned the Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) credential as well as a degree in Business and Finance from Greenwich University. His previous posts within Smiths Group businesses include Smiths Medical-Portex, Anda Products, Hypertac and Florida RF Labs – EMC Technology.
