This month, Transtector Systems announces the launch of a new web site featuring quick navigation, enhanced search functionality and an innovative design. The site utilizes an online product catalog with product features and characteristics in HTML format. The internal search engine of the site is a robust system for user-friendly search results.
Executive Vice President of Sales, Jim Nelson, comments, ”The new site provides quick, easy access to information about Transtector’s products and services. It helps our customers make informed decisions for their power and data protection requirements.”
Customers can navigate by product types such as AC hardwire surge protection, AC plug-in surge protection, DC surge protection and data/signal surge protection to find a product for a specific application. In addition, the site was designed to locate products by a specific business segment such as rail, industrial, security, medical, wireless communications, broadband wireless, wireline and public safety communications.

The web site update is closely linked with customer feedback. “We concluded through third-party customer research, among other findings, that our customers would see great benefit from a superior web site,” says Marketing Manager, Sara Legerski.
