Deviations and expedites, supply-chain glitches and the flu. Yet, Transtector’s Operations Team still achieved 99.8% on time delivery while billing a 44% increase in orders over last year.

“We have fun, but we work hard and we work smart,” said Kathy Kelly/Master Scheduler. “We have some team members that have been here for just three years, some for 10 years and some for 20. Given the demands of the job, this is a great team and a team that works together well.”

It is all about making customers happy. To do so, we react to constant change.”

“If a vendor P.O. is a day late, it has a ripple effect,” Kelly said. “Our purchasing team does a great job with our vendors. Those relationships are important to meeting our on time delivery goal.”
