Compact, High Amperage DC Breaker Interface Panel from Transtector Systems

Transtector’s DCEdge® I is a compact breaker panel designed for today’s amped-up networks. UL 60950-1 listed, this DC panel provides four 150A inputs to feed 20 60A capacity outputs. Its robust enclosure and chassis are purpose-built for ease of installation in an ETSI/PTE2000 rack.

The versatile DCEdge® I automatically detects and operates between nominal +/-24VDC and -48VDC. It is equipped with dual ¼-20 pass-through studs for use with dual crimp-on lugs for power feeds. The DCEdgeTMI design considers the need for your central office, data center, MSO or outside plant equipment to be compact and scalable. The chassis is two rack units high (4”). Each feed can power up to five bullet breakers wired to 3W3 style D-sub connectors or terminal outputs. Alarm notifications, include “Minor,” “Major” and “Critical” notice bay alarms. Each alarm connection can be cascaded between bays.

The DCEdge® I is designed to meet all applicable GR-63-CORE, GR-1089-CORE and is UL 60950 Listed. It is mountable in ETSI Cabinet and is equipped with a cable management bar. Individual breakers for installation are available for purchase. Transtector will be releasing more products in the DCEdge Series.
